Abstract
The foundations of the modern payment system of the Republic of Kazakhstan was formed 20 years ago, which helped to create a national payment system, which is operated by the modern money turnover is in interest of the national economy. The article presents the main indicators of development of payment systems in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the trends of their development.
